Step 2 - Admissions Hall
Completion of Orientation marks eligibility to enter the Admissions Hall — the threshold to Founders standing and Phase I enrollment.
During Phase I, all newly admitted members hold Founders standing. Formal Training Tracks open in Phase II.
Phase I Eligibility
Phase I admission is reserved for individual paralegals and legal assistants.
Phase II expands admission to law firms, legal vendors, and paralegal associations as collective participants in the Guild.
Phase II opens in Spring of 2026.
What It Means to Apply
To apply is to commit to structured training, guided practice, and evaluated growth. Members advance through earned performance and uphold the standards that define the profession.
Time Commitment
Guildhouse learning is self‑paced.
There are no deadlines, no cohorts to keep up with, and no pressure to “rush” through the craft. Learning happens in modules and simulations you complete on your own time, at your own pace, with access to a community ready to support you. Mastery is not a race; it is a rhythm.
Who We Serve
Paralegals
A Paralegal performs substantive legal work—including research, document drafting, and case preparation—under attorney supervision. Their work directly supports legal outcomes and is billable to the client.
Legal Assistants
A Legal Assistant provides administrative and clerical support, such as scheduling, document organization, and communication management. Their work supports office operations and is non‑billable to the client.
How the Craft Is Learned
1. Structured Modules — role‑specific lessons that build skills progressively.
2. Simulations & Scenarios — practice that mirrors modern legal work
3. Mentorship — guided development from seasoned practitioners
Advancement is performance‑based, not time‑based.
The Tier Model
The Guildhouse uses a tiered framework that reflects demonstrated capability:
- Apprentice — establish foundations and core standards
- Artisan — expand scope, autonomy, and applied judgment
- Master — advanced practice, Vault access, leadership, and mentorship
- Each tier represents a verified seal of trust.
Tier Placement Policy
All new members begin at Apprentice.
Experienced professionals may request Tier Evaluation to begin at Artisan.
Requirements include:
- a brief skills review + portfolio prompts
- a verification letter from a supervising attorney affirming scope of work and competence
- Tier placement is competency‑based, never purchase‑based

Readiness & Conduct
Members of the Guildhouse commit to:
- uphold confidentiality and ethical standards,
- honor role clarity and scope of work,
- engage with feedback as a method for growth,
- contribute constructively to the community and its standards.
Those who advance serve the craft: mentoring others, modeling best practices, and stewarding the Guild’s shared standards.
Founders Access (Phase I)
As a Founding Member, you may:
- Complete Orientation
- Complete your Guildhouse Profile

- Walk the accessible halls prior to Training Season
- Use your Dashboard to orient yourself as you begin

These early steps ensure that when Training Season opens in Phase II, you enter the deeper chambers not as a visitor —but as a recognized member of the Guild.
Group Enrollment
If you’re wanting to enroll your firm team, we offer founding member group enrollment during Phase I: for paralegals and legal assistants only. When Phase II opens firms, legal vendors, and paralegal associations may join. Please Contact Us for details or invoicing support.
Founding Member Access Is Now Closed
We extend our sincere thanks to all who joined us during Phase I and helped establish the foundation of the Guildhouse.
As Phase II begins, membership is offered at $249 per year for community access, which includes curated events, moderated forums, affinity circles, and a distinguished speaker and lecture series. Training is not included with community access.
