With decades of healthcare leadership experience and a career dedicated to supporting attorneys in healthcare-related litigation, Jacquelyn brings a unique perspective on one of the most critical pieces of evidence in any case: the medical record.Â
In this member-focused session, Jacquelyn will share practical strategies for reviewing medical records, identifying documentation red flags, building effective chronologies, and uncovering the facts that can strengthen case preparation. The presentation is designed to provide actionable insights for paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys working in personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and other healthcare-related matters.
